My Journey to Wellness

I’m 43, and while I’ve built a career in interior design, my true passion has always been health and wellbeing. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by the body’s ability to heal through food, lifestyle, and a deeper understanding of how everything is connected.

In recent years, I’ve chosen to focus more fully on this lifelong interest—dedicating myself to formal study and professional training so I can support others in their own health journeys. I’ve completed the first year of my bachelor’s degree in nutritional therapy at ION University in London and qualified as a certified diet and lifestyle educator. I’m now continuing my studies to become a functional medicine nutritionist, blending personal experience with evidence-based knowledge to guide and empower others.

My Approach to Health

I believe true health starts with the foundations, what you eat, how you live, and how you feel. My work is rooted in functional nutrition, blending science-backed principles with lived experience and a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal when given the right support.

This isn’t about chasing perfection or fads, it’s about building a lifestyle that feels good and lasts. I help you create real change by addressing the root causes of imbalance, not just the symptoms. Whether you’re here to improve your energy, hormones, digestion, or simply want to feel more like yourself, this is your first step.

As a qualified diet and lifestyle educator (and soon-to-be functional nutritionist), I offer practical, personalized guidance that meets you where you are. This is your stepping stone to deeper, long-term wellness. Let’s start with the foundations because how you eat and live every day truly matters.

  • Diet

Food is information for your body. I help you build a nourishing, sustainable way of eating that supports energy, digestion, and hormone balance. Expect real food, simple swaps, and no one-size-fits-all plans, just what works for you.

  • Lifestyle

What you do outside the kitchen matters just as much. Sleep, stress, movement, and mindset all shape your wellbeing. Together, we look at your daily patterns and create realistic changes that support your goals and your nervous system.

  • Functional Medicine Approach

I work through the lens of functional nutrition, addressing root causes, not just symptoms. While I don’t offer lab testing yet, my guidance is grounded in the same principles: understanding how your body systems interact and how to support them holistically.
